The Mariners Pest Control Approach

Here’s a step-by-step process of how we work.

1. The first step is schedule an inspection.

2. One of our state licensed Inspectors will show up with or without you present and draft an inspection report (a scaled diagram of your home with wood destroying organism findings).

3. Based on the report, the necessary recommendations will be presented to you via fax, email or in person including our pricing with a contract and warranty.

4. Within 10 days of the inspection (sooner if you want the treatment scheduled as quickly as possible), a Wood Destroying Organisms inspection report complete with a computer aided diagram of your home with state governed recommendations will be sent to you.

5. A treatment will be scheduled at your convenience. You will be given instructions on how to prepare for the treatment to ensure your safety.

5. If you locally treat, you can be home during the treatment, if you fumigate, you will be required to vacate for two nights.

6. Within 30 days of the expiration of your warranty, Mariners Pest Control will attempt to contact you to discuss renewing your warranty. If you decide to renew, a technician will return to your home to monitor the work that was initially done.
